Job summary

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to be the central hub of our UK training operations, orchestrating scheduling and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery across the UK and beyond.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Technical and Client Success to deliver exceptional learner experiences and drive business growth, with hybrid working and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or resource management environments.
• Solid understanding of electronic diary management and CRM systems.
• Experience in a customer-led environment delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule public training courses up to 12 months in advance, aligning capacity with learner demand and growth objectives.
• Manage tutor scheduling and resource allocation across classroom and virtual courses, matching expertise and availability with commercial needs.
• Coordinate course logistics including venues, examinations, travel, accommodations and international visa arrangements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, resource and course data within CRM and systems to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor course performance, bookings and delegate numbers; collaborate with Sales to maximise viability and utilisation.
• Support tutor recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to meet training demands.
