Job summary

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, is seeking a highly organised operations coordinator based in Cardiff. You will support clients and learners from booking through to exams and certification, coordinating our Health, Safety and Environmental courses across virtual, classroom, and in-company formats.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive problem solving are essential, with close collaboration to Sales and Operations to ensure a brilliant customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative systems, CRM, MS Teams and MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for clients and learners, supporting them from course booking through to exams and certification.
• Keep courses running smoothly by managing confirmations, learner registrations, course materials, attendance records and feedback.
• Ensure learner information is accurate, including registrations with awarding bodies such as NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA.
• Build relationships with clients and Sales Account Managers to provide progress updates and a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor learner progress and provide extra support with study tools, extensions and resits.
• Stay on top of deadlines, SLAs and KPIs, using systems to keep everything organised.
