Training Course Coordinator Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week from home
Astutis (part of Wilmington plc) is looking for a highly organised, people-focused individual who loves delivering great service and keeping everything running smoothly.
Working within our Operations Team, you'll look after a caseload of clients and learners, supporting them from the moment a course is booked right through to exams and certification.
You'll coordinate our virtual, classroom and in-company Health, Safety and Environmental courses, handling everything from learner registrations and course materials to customer communications, reporting and exam support.
You'll need a great eye for detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems, while working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to give every client and learner a brilliant experience.

Be the go-to person for your clients and learners, supporting them from course booking right through to exams and certification.
Keep courses running smoothly by managing confirmations, learner registrations, course materials, attendance records and feedback.
Make sure learner information is accurate and up to date, including registrations with awarding bodies such as NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA.
Build great relationships with clients and work closely with our Sales Account Managers to provide progress updates, reports and a seamless customer experience.
Keep an eye on learner progress and step in with extra support when needed, including study tools, extensions and resits.
Stay on top of deadlines, SLAs and KPIs, using our systems and technology to keep everything organised and accurate.
Work closely with the wider Operations team to share ideas, improve the way we do things and lend a hand when things get busy.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Knowledge of relevant computer systems including administrative systems, CRM, MS Teams and MS Office packages.
Solid understanding and knowledge of customer service principles and standards.
Knowledge of principles and practices of Sales, and how this relates to after-sales customer support and care.
Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Attention to detail, including accuracy of information recording, data entry, and communication clarity across all processes, systems and planning tools.
It would be great if you had:
Previous experience working in a training company.
General understanding of relevant training certifications and governing bodies including NEBOSH and IOSH advantageous.
