Job summary

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, is recruiting a Training Course Coordinator to manage learner registrations, course materials and exam support across virtual, classroom and in-company Health, Safety and Environmental courses. The role is based from our Cardiff office with hybrid working—1 day per week from home—and a salary of £26,395 per year.

You will coordinate registrations, materials and communications, report progress to clients and Sales, and ensure a smooth learner journey from booking

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative systems including CRM, MS Teams and MS Office packages.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and standards.
• Knowledge of Sales concepts as they relate to after-sales support.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail with accurate data recording and clear communication.
• Experience in a training company is a plus.
• Familiarity with NEBOSH and IOSH certifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learner registrations, course materials and exam support.
• Manage learner progress from booking through exams and certification.
• Handle confirmations, registrations, materials, attendance records and feedback.
• Maintain accurate learner data with awarding bodies (NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA).
• Report progress to clients and Sales Account Managers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay organised, monitor deadlines, SLAs and KPIs using our systems.
