• Relevant years' planning experience (consultancy or local authority).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
• Carrying out site appraisals and planning research.
• Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Attending site visits and public consultation activities.
