You'll play a key role in strengthening incident and change management processes, helping teams respond effectively to operational challenges whilst maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.Working closely with stakeholders across technology, operational and supplier environments, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, monitor control effectiveness and implement enhancements that deliver measurable benefits. You'll also support audit activities, process assurance and the governance of emerging technologies, helping ensure innovation is introduced in a controlled and effective way.***What you'll bring***We're looking for an experienced business analysis or operational governance professional with a strong understanding of process controls, change management and service operations.You'll have experience working in complex business and technology environments, supporting business change, operational readiness, incident management or service transition activities. You'll be comfortable analysing information, identifying risks and developing practical solutions that improve performance and control.You'll also bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build effective relationships across business, technical and supplier communities.
