Job summary

Team First Recruitment is recruiting for a Technical & Aftersales Advisor for a respected manufacturer in construction/building services. You will be the go-to person for technical support, product advice and aftersales enquiries, working with customers, installers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The role covers technical advice, aftersales management, issue investigation and coordination of replacements, returns and warranty.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience either face to face or on the phone.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Background in construction products, HVAC, engineering or building services preferred.
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

This is a varied position where you'll become the go-to person for technical support, product advice and aftersales enquiries. You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, provide expert guidance and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Role:

What we're looking for:

• Customer facing experience either face to face or on the phone.
• Able to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Ideally from construction products, HVAC, engineering or building services but any technical background will be considered.
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering great customer service
