Duties of the Aftersales Services Executive include:
- Managing client relationships by providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
- Coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repair bookings from initial consultation through to completion
- Providing clients with clear, timely updates on vehicle progress
- Building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing workshop communications, liaising with technicians regarding vehicle requirements
- Preparing and maintaining job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation
- Coordinating parts requirements, tracking parts availability and delivery
- Assisting with warranty administration, including claim submissions and documentation
- Preparing and processing customer and warranty invoices accurately
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and workshop activities
- Supporting the team with operational and administrative functions as required
Requirements of the Aftersales Services Executive:
- Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service coordination, or workshop administration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach
- Automotive credentials or experience with warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with vehicle workshop processes and parts coordination is advantageous
