Grconsulting is seeking a Technology Manager to lead technology operations across a large, multi-site environment in London with flexible home-working. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, standardisation and change, while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape technology strategy.

In this senior leadership position you will own major incidents, implement robust governance, and manage key vendors to deliver reliable, secure systems supporting exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience managing technology operations across a large multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, standardisation and continual improvement.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management and with major incident responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Operations across a distributed environment.
• Drive operational excellence, standardisation and continual improvement.
• Own Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
• Manage major incidents and ensure robust root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Develop operational standards, policies and best practices.
• Manage third-party suppliers, contracts and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Architecture and Business stakeholders.
