Job summary

Grconsulting is seeking a Technology Manager to lead technology operations across a large, multi-site environment in London with flexible home-working. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, standardisation and change, while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape technology strategy.

In this senior leadership position you will own major incidents, implement robust governance, and manage key vendors to deliver reliable, secure systems supporting exceptional customer experiences.

Location: London with 2 days working from home

Salary: £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

My client is a highly successful international organisation with a significant locations across the UK and Europe, they are looking for a Technology Manager to join them.

Technology is fundamental to the business, supporting operational locations and ensuring colleagues have secure, reliable and high-performing systems that enable an exceptional customer experience.

Due to continued investment and growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technology Manager to work very closely with the IT Director, to lead technology operations, drive operational excellence and shape the future direction of technology services across the organisation. This company are looking to standardise how they work across different locations, having enthusiasm, determination and passion for your work, looking to make an impact, is an absolute must for this role. It will be a very pro-active role.
