Adepta Partners is seeking a Technology Consulting Lead to guide major transformations from strategy to delivery across data, cloud and security in the UK. Based in London, Bristol or Manchester, you will shape client strategy, build senior relationships and drive go-to-market initiatives.

You'll lead diverse consulting teams, win opportunities, mentor staff, and contribute to practice growth while enjoying a hybrid working setup and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology transformation across enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of winning and growing consulting business.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior client management.
• Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
• Develop trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs and senior technology leaders.
• Identify and win new consulting opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Shape innovative solutions across architecture, engineering, cloud, DevOps, cyber security and digital transformation.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Contribute to practice growth and go-to-market initiatives.
