Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT Operations and/or Software Development, preferably in a Government context.
• Experience delivering operations and technology-related change at significant scale to support organisational objectives.
• Ability to influence and share learnings across boundaries, adapting feedback for lasting change.
• Technical experience to build credibility with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and drive change.
• Experience evaluating proposals and designing approaches with high risk, impact and complexity.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into straightforward language for senior stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
• Experience working with technology suppliers.
• NB: BPSS/Active SC/willing to attain required for assignment.
