Job summary

Lendable Ltd. in London is seeking an IT Support Lead to scale a high-performing support function across UK sites and remote users.

You will guide IT Engineers, automate workflows, and shape IT strategy while hands-on resolving complex issues. This role progresses toward IT Manager and requires leadership, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of ITSM platforms.

Hybrid role with travel to Kent and London offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Support/IT Systems/Service Desk.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience implementing and optimising ITSM systems (Zendesk/Jira/Freshdesk).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Set strategic IT direction aligned with growth goals.
• Escalation point for complex issues; ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain Windows, MacOS, Linux, mobile devices and office equipment.
• Develop IT standards, knowledge base, and training resources.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding across UK and international locations.
• Configure and manage ITSM systems and report metrics.
• Support office and remote tech needs; drive automation.
