Morgan McKinley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Woking on a temporary contract until the end of the year. Hybrid role, 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, paying £15.38 per hour.

You will support high-volume recruitment UK-wide, from initial screening and interview coordination to offers and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role suits someone with recruitment or resourcing experience, who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• This role suits someone with previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or recruitment administration who is organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Screening candidates and assisting with the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Supporting the offer process and onboarding activities.
• Providing recruitment administration support to the wider Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensuring candidates receive a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Working collaboratively with the team to support recruitment targets and deliver an efficient end-to-end recruitment process.
