• Proven experience in testing within an Application Support environment.
• Strong understanding of the full software development life-cycle and its application to testing.
• Hold recognised testing certifications such as ISTQB.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and execute test scripts across multiple applications.
• Skilled in functional and non-functional testing within Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance, requiring at least three years of UK residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing within an Application Support environment to ensure system stability and performance.
• Implement and utilise test automation techniques to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Review business requirements and technical solutions to provide guidance and accurate testing estimates.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts across multiple applications.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing to a high standard.
• Identify, document, and communicate potential defects.
