Job summary

You will plan and schedule work, allocate orders, ensure parts availability, keep customers informed, and track job progress while collaborating with engineers and internal teams. Qualifications

• Ability to plan, schedule and manage multiple service tasks.

• Experience in planning, administration or coordination is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling service work to meet customer needs and deadlines.
• Creating, allocating, and releasing service orders to engineers.
• Ensuring parts and resources are available ahead of visits.
• Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm service appointments.
• Tracking progress of jobs and supporting completion, invoicing, and follow-up work.
• Working closely with engineers, managers, and internal teams to resolve queries and prioritise requests.
• Maintaining accurate records across SAP/C4C and supporting contracts, purchasing, and ad-hoc projects when needed.
