Job summary

Atlas Copco in Scotland is seeking a Service Planner to coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for customers while supporting field service engineers.

You will plan and schedule work, create and release service orders, manage parts availability, communicate with customers, track progress, and collaborate with engineers and internal teams. Hybrid work with on-site days in Uddingston.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, administration, customer service or coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in service industry is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service work to meet customer needs and deadlines.
• Create, allocate, and release service orders to engineers.
• Ensure parts and resources are available ahead of visits.
• Communicate with customers to arrange and confirm service appointments.
• Track progress of jobs and support completion, invoicing and follow-up work.

• Maintain accurate records across SAP/C4C and support contracts, purchasing and ad-hoc projects when needed.

We’re looking for a Service Planner to join our team in Uddingston. In this role, you’ll coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient experience while supporting our field service engineers day to day.

Job location
