Qualifications

• STEM degree ideally with Product Safety experience within a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with UK Defence Standards and publications.
• Understanding of safety analysis techniques like FHA, FTA, ETA, FMEA, STPA.

Responsibilities

• Attending and reporting to Daily Stand-Up Meetings.
• Design activities supporting risk reduction and analysis.
• Applying a systems engineering approach to safety products.

Skills

STEM degree with Product Safety experience

Familiarity with UK Defence Standards

Safety analysis techniques knowledge

Understanding of IEC 61508 and/or IEC 61511
