Job summary

One Utility Bill Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Support Advisor to join our Growth teams on a full-time basis.

You will handle admin and frontline duties, support our B2B letting agents, as well as B2C renters and homeowners, and help convert leads to sales while ensuring a smooth customer journey. This is an office-based role for the first six months with potential for hybrid working, and the role pays £27,976 per annum with bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Address queries and issues from letting agents via phone, email and live chat.
• Monitor customer self-sign ups to help process sales and contribute to B2C targets.
• Engage inbound leads and progress them to package completion.
• Support cross-team collaboration to hit business goals.
• Ensure sales quality and improve customer experience across processes.
• Assist on projects across Growth teams and cover absences when needed.
• Manage setup delays in the funnel with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
