One Utility Bill Ltd. is seeking a Retentions Sales Advisor to join the UK team. The role is Full Time with a base salary of £27,976 and uncapped commission with an £8k OTE.

Initial office-based work for the first 6 months, then potential hybrid working, 2 days per week. Responsibilities include handling a mix of inbound/outbound calls to retain customers, using effective questioning to uncover retention opportunities, and managing a personal pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to retain customers considering leaving.
• Build strong relationships through engaging, empathetic conversations.
• Use discovery questioning to identify needs and retention opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections and demonstrate value of staying with OUB or Fused.
• Manage your own pipeline, including follow-ups and queries via email or login channels.
