Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by phone and email, secure contract renewals, and uncover new business opportunities. You will log inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage orders with accuracy.

The role offers a hybrid work pattern with three days in the office and two at home after training, and access to career development, pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including English and Maths.
• 1–2 years' experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent listening skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries from existing customers via phone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines to ensure satisfaction.
• Log site visits and coordinate part orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes to customers.
• Maintain high accuracy in order processing and manage card transactions.
• Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
