Job summary

CUBE Consulting in Fareham is seeking a Hybrid Sales Order Administrator to join a busy team. You will process new and amended sales orders, keep customers updated on order status, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing.

This role requires experience with sales order systems (Sage), strong data handling skills and attention to detail. Salary is £30,000 with a monthly bonus and excellent benefits in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales order processing systems and procedures.
• Experience accurately processing large amounts of data.
• Knowledge of Sage systems.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work accurately to deadlines.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Process new and amended sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain sales orders using Sage.
• Ensure all orders are correct and meet business requirements.
• Keep customers informed of delivery date changes, stock issues and order progress.
• Liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure successful order processing.
• Arrange customer collections.
• Maintain live orders, ensuring all required information is obtained and stock is allocated ready for despatch.
• Provide inbound telephone support to the Sales team.
• Support the department with additional administrative tasks when required.
