Job summary

CUBE Consulting is seeking an organised Hybrid Sales Order Administrator to join a busy team on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. You will process new and amended sales orders, update customers on status, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role requires experience with sales order processing systems and Sage, strong IT skills with Excel/Word, and a keen eye for detail. Salary around £30,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales order processing systems and procedures.
• Ability to handle large data volumes accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient with Sage and strong IT skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process new and amended sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain sales orders using Sage.
• Ensure all orders comply with business requirements.
• Keep customers informed of delivery date changes, stock issues and order progress.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful order processing.
• Arrange customer collections and maintain live orders.
• Provide inbound telephone support to the Sales team.
• Support the department with additional administrative tasks.
