Job summary

Docker is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team, focusing on optimizing Sales & GTM processes across EMEA and APAC. You will design territories, support forecasting, manage quota models, and drive cross-functional collaboration with BDR, SE, TAM, Renewals and Channel teams.

You will partner with GTM leadership and leverage Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to improve data integrity, reporting, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
