Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd invites an experienced Sales Operations professional to join on a hybrid basis, working 2–3 days on site across Stevenage, Linlithgow, or Belfast. You will drive sales performance, partner engagement and commercial operations through data-driven insights and governance of CRM and reporting.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyse sales data, develop dashboards, and support process improvements with Excel,

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM governance and data quality management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, pipeline, forecasting and partner performance data.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools and commercial insights.
• Improve CRM governance, data quality and system adoption.
• Support sales process improvement and best practice initiatives.
• Coordinate strategic sales opportunities and executive reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product and Operations teams.
