MCS Group, a fast-growing NI technology firm, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen commercial operations in a hybrid Belfast setting.

You will own revenue data integrity, CRM reporting, deal desk processes and contract coordination, working with Sales, Customer Success, Consultancy and Finance to ensure accurate data and robust processes across the business.

The role offers exposure to analytics, systems and governance within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience managing a CRM system.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong numerical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and challenge processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Revenue Operations & Reporting: maintain CRM data integrity, improve data quality, develop automated dashboards and deliver regular revenue reporting and forecasting.
• Deal Desk & Contract Management: manage the deal desk from proposal to signature, oversee contract versions and initial reviews of standard amendments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate seamless handovers between Sales, Customer Success, Consultancy and Finance, ensuring deal records, pricing and billing are accurate.
• Process Improvement: develop and implement improvements to commercial processes to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Renewals & Customer Management: manage renewals calendar, coordinate renewals, maintain pricing/indexation records and liaise with Finance.
