Job summary

ShareForce Ltd is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to shape how data drives performance across marketing, sales and customer ops. You will own insights, influence strategy, and build dashboards to track KPIs in a high-visibility role.

Ideal candidates will combine strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau experience and a commercial mindset with the ability to mentor juniors and partner with data engineering. Hybrid UK-based role with travel to the Basingstoke office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst in a commercial environment.
• Advanced SQL and handling large, complex datasets.
• Strong data visualization experience with Power BI/Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Experience delivering insights in fast-paced, performance-led settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver insight across lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive measurable outcomes.
• Bridge between business and data engineering teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and strategy.
• Design analytics approaches to optimise customer journeys.
• Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, performance measurement).
• Build scalable dashboards and reporting aligned to KPIs.
• Support data models, definitions and data quality with governance.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to wider data capability.
