Job summary

Baxi is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick to deliver frontline support to customers, installers and merchants. The role blends customer service with sales opportunities and requires effective communication to understand needs and arrange appropriate service, ensuring every interaction reflects the Baxi brand.

The position is fixed-term for 5 months, 30 hours per week with hybrid working (50% office-based at Brooks House and 50% remote).

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong customer focus and empathy in handling inquiries.
Ability to identify sales and revenue opportunities while maintaining customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to enquiries via multiple channels.
Use questioning and listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Assess service and warranty enquiries and arrange appointments.
Liaise with engineers and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
Identify service plan and chargeable service opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and service records for future interactions.
Work to meet customer service and sales KPIs while delivering a positive experience.
