Qualifications

  • Must have HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 Contracts is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Team in compliance with all processes and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and contracts effectively.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare financial statements and monitor performance.
  • Contribute to tenders and bids for Business Development.
