Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor in fit-out or interiors sector.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with experience in JCT contracts.
• Experience managing multiple projects with values typically from £500k to £5m.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of assigned projects from tender to final account.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project accounts including valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and Project Managers for successful project delivery.
