Job summary

Affinia is recruiting a highly organized Project Manager (Acquisition Integration) to lead end-to-end integration across multiple acquisitions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage days 1 integration plans and business change across offices, while ensuring on-time delivery within scope.

The role requires partnering with the Corporate Development and Integration teams, with a mix of on-site and hybrid work. Travel to cover SW, West Midlands and Thames Valley offices will be expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a high growth, integration environment.
• Experience managing integrated projects using project management tools such as MS Project or Planner.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in professional and/or financial services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage the integration plans for each acquired office.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage risks, issues and actions.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and resolve issues.
• Produce progress reporting for governance structures and executives.
• Act as change champion with training and support for teams undergoing transition.
• Maintain the integration framework and templates for efficiency.
• Support group projects resulting from growth through integration.
