Affinia is recruiting a highly organized Project Manager (Acquisition Integration) to lead end-to-end integration across multiple acquisitions. We are seeking a highly organised Project Manager to manage multiple acquisition Integration projects per year. This critical role will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end integration planning and execution across people, processes, systems, and data. You will be expected to split your time working on‑site at the acquired office sites, working from home and other Affinia offices as required.
You will be working with the Corporate Development team pre deal to support the running of the operational due diligence and build Day 1 Integration plans and priorities. You will then work closely with the Integration Team (Head of Integration, Business Analyst and other Integration Project Managers), Enabling Function leads (People & Culture, IT, Finance, Business Support and Marketing), Head of Services Lines (Accounts, Audit, Tax, Payroll) and key 3rd party suppliers alongside the acquired business leadership teams to develop, agree and manager the integration and change management plans that create a smooth and efficient end user experience as they go through the change management journey onto the Affinia ways of working, systems and processes.
