Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead multiple acquisition integration projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with Corporate Development, Integration Team, enabling functions, and external suppliers to deliver smooth Day 1 integration and ongoing improvements.

You will drive governance, risk management, and change management across people, processes and technology, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery within scope and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing multiple acquisitions/projects.
• Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Planner, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of end‑to‑end integration plans for multiple acquisitions.
• Manage stakeholders and align objectives across teams.
• Identify and manage cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Produce governance reports and track KPIs for integration status.
• Act as change champion with clear communication and training.
• Develop and maintain standardised templates and processes for integration.
• Support group projects arising from growth through integration.
