Affinia is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to lead multiple acquisition integration projects across UK offices. You will drive end-to-end integration planning, coordinating with the Corporate Development team, the Integration Team, and enabling functions to deliver a smooth transition for the acquired business.

You will manage 3–4 live projects, oversee governance, and champion change management while ensuring timelines, risks, and actions are tracked and escalated where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-growth, acquisition integration environments.
• Experience running multiple acquisitions and managing end-to-end integration plans.
• Strong ability to coordinate across People & Culture, IT, Finance and other functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor and manage integration plans for multiple offices (3–4 live projects).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and acquired teams to align objectives and manage risks.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and resolve issues to keep timelines on track.
• Produce clear progress reports for governance structures and executives.
• Act as a change champion with training and support for transitioning teams.
• Maintain the integration framework, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Support group projects arising from growth through integration.
