Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to lead acquisition integration across UK offices. The role involves on-site and remote work, travel to cover SW, West Midlands and Thames Valley, and collaboration with the Corporate Development team.

You will manage end-to-end integration plans, coordinate across IT, People, Finance and external suppliers, and drive a smooth transition for post-deal operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple acquisition integration projects.
• Experience in high-growth environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• PM certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage end-to-end integration plans for acquired offices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on time.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; report progress to leadership.
• Champion change management with clear communications and training.
