Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end acquisition integration across people, processes and systems. You will plan, run and monitor multiple integration projects from Day 1 through to stabilisation, liaising with IT, finance, HR and business leadership.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, mitigate risks and champion change, ensuring a smooth transition onto Affinia ways of working and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing multiple acquisitions.
• Experience with project management toolsets (MS Project, Planner or other tools).
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage integration plans for each acquired office.
• Manage multiple live projects (3–4) concurrently within the acquisitions portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and acquired business teams to align objectives and actions.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and constraints.
• Produce progress reports for governance and leadership on integration status and risks.
• Lead change management with training and support for transitioning teams.
• Maintain the integration framework, tools and processes for consistency across acquisitions.
• Support group projects arising from growth through integration.
