Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple acquisition integrations in a hybrid role based in Stratford, London. You will manage end-to-end integration planning across people, processes, systems and data, coordinating with corporate development, IT, finance and other teams.

You will support Day 1 integration, run governance meetings, monitor risks, and champion change management as the business integrates new entities into Affinia’s ways of working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in high-growth, integration environments.
• Experience managing integrated projects with standard PM tools.
• PM certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, Agile) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning across people, processes, systems and data.
• Coordinate with internal and acquired business teams to align objectives and risks.
• Governance, reporting and change management for post-acquisition integration.
