Job summary

Affinia in Bristol is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to lead multiple acquisition integration projects. You will manage end-to-end integration planning across people, processes, systems and data, split between on-site at acquired offices and remote work.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Development and Integration teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies and risks are controlled, while championing change management and standardized practices across the Affinia group.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in high-growth integration environments.
• Experience with MS Project or Planner in complex programs.
• Fast-paced, high-growth environment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integration plans for acquired offices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, People & Culture, Finance, and Operations.
• Monitor progress and report to executives.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive change management and standardisation across integrations.
• Support group projects arising from growth via integration.
