You will lead detailed plans, coordinate with clients, advisers and colleagues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while maintaining robust governance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management with integrations/change management.
• Experience with project metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Strong organization, project, and time management capabilities.
• Knowledge of project management, statistics, analytics, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate acquired businesses aligning with culture and values.
• Create, manage and execute detailed integration plans with end-to-end oversight.
• Engage with acquired businesses and internal teams to gather data.
• Undertake due diligence to ensure a seamless transition.
• Develop processes and playbooks tailored to each acquisition.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders; plan for potential resistance.
• Inform and support communications, aligning with the business case.
• Align changes to ways of working across areas and audiences as required.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation tactics.
• Ensure projects transition effectively into Business As Usual.
