Job summary

Affinia, the UK’s largest purpose-led accountancy firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple acquisition integration projects from planning through to execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Finance and operations, ensuring alignment with Day 1 integration goals and the Affinia ways of working.

You will manage 3–4 live acquisitions at once, drive governance, risk and issue management, and champion change across the business to deliver a smooth

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple acquisition integrations in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, People & Culture, Finance and Operations.
• PM certification or equivalent demonstrating formal project management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage integration plans for acquired offices (3–4 live projects).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage risks, issues and actions.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and constraints affecting timelines.
• Produce progress reports for governance structures and leadership.
• Act as a change champion with clear communication and training for teams.
• Maintain the integration framework, tools, templates and processes for consistency.
• Support group projects arising from growth through integration.
