VisionTrack is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Solutions Specialist team. This hands-on, customer-facing role sits between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customers, shaping technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

You will translate real-world customer problems into structured technical designs, challenge assumptions when needed, and collaborate across teams to deliver value from our cloud-based video telematics platform.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Presales Engineer, Applications Engineer or similar.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle telematics systems and vehicle video/camera solutions.
• Comfortable in customer-facing, consultative environments.
• Clear communicator who documents decisions and risks well.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical voice of the customer during presales and early delivery.
• Work with Sales and Account Management to qualify customer requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions, including device selection and configuration.
• Configure platform and integrations.
• Produce clear solution documentation (assumptions, risks, constraints and gap analysis).
• Support RFPs, RFQs, tenders and Proofs of Concept.
• Identify solution gaps and propose mitigations or phased approaches.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and constraints.
• Support complex onboardings and act as a technical escalation point post-sale.
• Operate within defined architectural standards and governance processes.
