Job summary

VisionTrack is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our hardware-focused pre-sales team. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering to design end-to-end solutions, supporting demos, PoCs, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Presales, Applications Engineer, or similar role.
• Exposure to hardware from vehicle telematics or camera/video systems.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing, consultative environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements by understanding technical and operational requirements.
• Help design end-to-end solutions across hardware, platform, and integrations.
• Work closely with Sales to support demos, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
• Produce clear solution documentation (configurations, assumptions, risks).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed in customer requirements.
• Support onboarding and early-stage deployments.
