Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer to showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users by identifying customer needs and delivering customized solutions.

You will engage with partners to maximize use of Geotab technology, conduct technical demonstrations, and document engagements for continual improvement. The role requires strong communication, collaboration across teams, and a results-driven, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Experience in a technical field such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration with a customer-facing focus.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities linked to customer challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset and desire to stay current with technology.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on the Geotab ecosystem and empower partners and end-users to maximize Geotab solutions.
• Conduct technical activities from discovery and requirements gathering to demonstrations and presentations.
• Assess customer challenges and propose viable, tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with revenue teams and product management to surface feedback and opportunities.
• Maintain clear documentation of engagements and solution designs.
• Support partner upskilling and enablement for effective customer delivery.
• Provide ongoing feedback to product teams to improve offerings and competitiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with a customer-first mindset.
