Job summary

Moat is seeking a Post Sales Services Support Officer to join our team in Dartford. You will coordinate sales progress, liaise with solicitors and stakeholders, and help ensure timely, accurate completion of ownership changes and post-sales processes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll maintain records in our CRM, chase transactions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting leaseholders and home owners across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Good level of written English and maths.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM data handling.
• Understanding of conveyancing and leasehold processes.

Responsibilities

• Chase, monitor and progress each transaction within the Post Sales team.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders to overcome delays.
• Keep accurate CRM records and update milestone notes and timelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support across Moat teams.
• Build relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors and third parties to meet sales targets.
• Assist with day-to-day Post Sales tasks as required by managers.
• Ensure case reviews progress to speed up sales and transactions.
