Job summary

Atkinson Moss is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Norwich. You will be the main point of contact for Members, handling enquiries and orders, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires customer service experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-driven approach. Hybrid working is offered with 1 day from home per week and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Respond to customers via telephone and email.
• Processing and managing customer orders.
• Building strong customer relationships.
• Managing the team inbox and responding to queries promptly.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolving customer queries and issues.
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring customer requirements and ensuring orders are placed when needed.
• Gathering feedback and supporting service improvements.
