Job summary

PwC UK in Belfast seeks a Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) Programme PMO professional to provide central project management office and portfolio oversight across a diverse learning portfolio, driving governance, delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

You will translate business priorities into structured plans, manage risks and budgets, and collaborate with Course Managers, Course Executives and suppliers to deliver outcomes that enhance learner experience.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end project management experience in complex environments.
• Strong PMO and governance capabilities with RAID, progress reporting and controls.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar portfolio management tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed project management standards and reporting across the team.
• Develop tools, templates, guidance and SOPs to support effective delivery.
• Coach colleagues in applying PM best practices and build capability across the team.
• Lead priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception through to implementation and business-as-usual adoption.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and delivery efficiency through technology and automation.
• Use data, feedback and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions to deliver sustainable change and improve the learner experience.
