Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Learning Implementation & Reporting professional to provide central PMO and project delivery expertise across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives. You will establish governance, drive delivery excellence and provide clear portfolio oversight while leading key projects and improvements from inception through adoption.

This role requires hands-on project management, risk and resource planning, and collaboration with Course Managers, Course Executives, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects and multiple workstreams in complex environments.
• Strong PMO, project planning and governance capability with RAID logs and progress reporting.
• Experience using Smartsheet or comparable portfolio management tools to manage plans and dashboards.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills with proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed consistent project management standards, governance frameworks and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, guidance and SOPs.
• Coach colleagues in applying project management best practices.
• Lead priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception to adoption.
• Translate business requirements into clear plans, deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets for successful delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and delivery efficiency through tech and automation.
• Use data and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk to deliver sustainable change.
