Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a seasoned PMO and project delivery professional to establish governance, lead priority initiatives and drive delivery excellence across a diverse learning portfolio. You will coordinate with Course Managers, Executives and multiple stakeholders to translate priorities into structured plans and measurable outcomes.

The role combines hands-on project management with portfolio oversight, risk management and process improvement to embed consistent standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects and multiple workstreams.
• Strong PMO and governance capability with RAID logs and progress reporting.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar portfolio tools.
• Strong risk management and problem solving.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive accountability.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed project management standards and reporting.
• Develop tools, templates, guidance and SOPs.
• Coach colleagues in project management best practices.
• Lead priority projects from inception to BAU.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans and milestones.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across teams and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and governance via tech and automation.
• Use data and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions.
