Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Learning Implementation & Reporting PMO professional to support central project management and portfolio delivery across a diverse programme of learning initiatives in the UK. You will establish governance, drive delivery excellence and oversee plans from inception to business-as-usual adoption.

You will translate business priorities into structured plans, coordinate delivery with Course Managers and executives, manage risks and budgets, and push continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end projects and multiple workstreams.
• Strong PMO, project planning and governance capability, including RAID logs and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed consistent project management standards, governance frameworks and reporting across the Programme team.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, guidance and SOPs to support effective delivery.
• Coach colleagues in applying project management best practices and build capability across the team.
• Lead priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception through to implementation and BAU adoption.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets to ensure delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability with internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and delivery efficiency through technology and automation.
• Use data and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions to deliver sustainable change.
