Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Learning Implementation & Reporting Programme PMO professional to drive governance, planning and delivery across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives. You will establish standards, templates and metrics, coaching teams and leading priority projects from inception through to business-as-usual adoption.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project management experience in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Strong PMO and governance capabilities with RAID logs and progress reporting.
• Experience using portfolio tools to manage plans, dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed consistent PMO governance across the Programme team.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates and SOPs.
• Coach colleagues in project management best practices and capability building.
• Lead priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception to BAU adoption.
• Translate business requirements into clear plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets for delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and delivery via automation.
• Use data and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes and support improvement.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions to deliver change.
